Cancellation Policy
Personal Training Policy Updates: No Refunds: All personal training sessions are non-refundable once purchased. This policy applies to individual sessions, packages, or any other training services. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a training session up to one hour before the scheduled start time without penalty. Requests for rescheduling within one hour of the session may not be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation (see below). Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session will receive a full credit for a future session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a deduction of 50% of the session cost from the client's account. Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late for a session, the session will not be extended beyond the original end time. The full session fee applies. No Shows: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session and does not provide any notice, the full session fee will be charged. Package Expiry: For training packages, sessions must be used within a specified timeframe from the date of purchase. Expired sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. Emergency Situations: In the case of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered at the trainer's discretion. Communication: All rescheduling or cancellation requests must be communicated directly with WolffitLLC. Wolffit35@yahoo.com and 504-444-3854 are the preferred methods of communication. By purchasing and scheduling personal training sessions with WolffitLLC, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
